About Me

I was born in 1974 in Chennai, India. I joined the Indian Air Force at the age of 18 and served for 15 years. During my service, I developed a passion for weightlifting and bodybuilding. I started participating in various competitions and won many titles at the state and national level. I also represented India in international events and brought laurels to the country.

  • I won the Mr. India title 14 times and the Champion of Champions title 14 times in India.
  • I won the Mr. Asia title in 2009, becoming the first Indian to do so in 44 years.
  • I won the men’s 90kg category at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in 2013, becoming the first Indian to win a world title in bodybuilding.
  • I won the men’s 90kg category again at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in 2016, defending my title and creating history.

Personal Training

I follow a strict diet and training regimen to maintain my muscular body. I consume about 10,000 calories a day, consisting of high-protein foods like chicken, eggs, milk, and whey. I also take supplements such as creatine, glutamine, and BCAAs. I train six days a week, focusing on different muscle groups each day. I lift heavy weights and perform compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and rows. I also include cardio and stretching in my routine to improve my endurance and flexibility. I serve as an inspiration to many aspiring bodybuilders in India and around the world. I have proven that with hard work, dedication, and discipline, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
